I had an electrical issue affecting my furnace during a recent bout of cold weather. I called after hours on the weekend and the electrician, Luke, was incredibly helpful. It was not a major issue but he was able to talk me through the fix over the phone and he followed up the following day to ensure my furnace was still functioning properly. Customer service was outstanding and I will be using LG Electrical for anything else going forward.
I contacted Luke and flew out to meet him as I am building a salon in Colorado before I move. It is a challenge to coordinate everything from another state so Luke and his team have been extremely responsive and helpful in this process. They communicated clearly and quickly and had the project done in a day. Luke's professionalism and dedication to his business and customer service is refreshing and appreciated. I will be using their services at my home once I move. I highly recommend them to anyone.
Chelsea was very pleasant to work with. We communicated via text and responses were very timely. Steven the electrician did a great job installing our ceiling fan light on our 14ft ceiling.
Lucas is hands down the most knowledgeable and experienced electrician I've ever met — and I've worked with a lot of electricians over the years.
